Thanks to its flexibility the pipe can be installed in any ground and slope. The flexibility helps to avoid all kind of obstacles with no need for bends.

Elasticity helps to absorb all stresses caused by the ground settlements. It can be installed in any ground, in underground shafts, as well as in moist, wet and aggressive environments.

Its lightness makes storing, transport and installation very easy.

Connection between two pipe lengths is made through an easy-to-use jointing coupler for which no adhesive is required. For a quick connection between pipe and coupler we suggest using a lubricant and/or slipping product onto the coupler inside surface with insertion of elastomeric seals.

Cables available in different colours for easier identification. Multiple die saddles for the construction of multi-pipe systems.

It is supplied in 50 m coils (25 meters for DN 200 mm), or in 6 m bars, all provided with 1 coupler.

Slotted Drainage Pipes ( POLIDREN)

POLIDREN is a slotted polyethylene pipe, with a corrugated external wall and a smooth internal wall. It is available in coils for the diameters range between OD.63 and OD.200.

It has a resistance to compression higher than 300N, with a deformation of the external diameter equal to 5%.

Slots are disposed on the whole circumference, every 120° for diameters OD.110, OD.125, OD.140 and OD.160 and every 60° for diameters OD.90 and OD.200.

All slots have a width of 2mm, in order to avoid that some big elements can enter into the pipe – which could cause obstructions and a sensible decreasing of the draining function.

Corrugated HDPE Drainage & Sewage Pipes ( ECOPAL)

  • Made with high density polyethylene, that is, a polymer which offers a high impact resistance even at low temperatures as well as an excellent chemical resistance, presents better resistance to the abrasion in respect to other materials used in pipe production.
  • Peculiar geometric structure guarantees a high deflection resistance and it is produced in two ring stiffness classes (Class 4 kN/m2 - Class 8 kN/m2 - Class 16 kN/m2 ). In this way the pipe can fulfil different applications even in deep underground.
  • Outer black wall guarantees a high UV stability, inner wall is white to ease the pipe TV inspection.
  • Produced in 6 and 12 meter bars; in this way the number of joints is reduced.
  • Can be connected with coupler and elastomeric seal or butt welding. The elastomeric seal is placed inside the corrugation, thus avoiding the risk of being displaced during the coupling operation.
  • The elastomeric seal of a particular profile not only avoids leakage, but also the groundwater entrance into the pipe.
  • Extremely versatile, due to the possibility to have a wide assortment of special fittings and can be connected with any other type of existing pipes.
  • Extremely easy to handle due to its lightness.
