Gate Valves

Gate valves are multi-purpose bi-directional shutoff valves for commercial and industrial applications.

  • Dezincification-resistant bronze
  • Cast iron, ductile iron
  • OS&Y, IBBM selection
  • Threaded, solder, or flanged

Check Valves

When a check valve is needed to prevent backflow, NIBCO has a complete line-up, including the NIBCO® Ring Check® with self-closing disc, horizontal swing, sliding disc, silent check and Y pattern.

  • Solder, threaded, flanged, wafer, grooved end connections
  • End connections for Class 125, 150, 200, 250, 300
  • Bronze, ductile iron, iron body, bronze mounted trim (IBBM), and corrosion resistant materials

Nibco Irrigation Valves

A wide selection of NIBCO® ball valves are available in bronze, brass, lead-free*, carbon steel or stainless steel materials. Select the right ball valve in one-piece, two-piece, three-piece, full port, or conventional port. A range of trim material is available. The right end connections to choose from include press-to-connect, threaded, solder or flanged.

  • Commercial, industrial and residential applications
  • Range of handles, including NIB-SEAL®
  • Wide range of sizes

Butterfly Valves

Butterfly valves provide bi-directional dead-end service in commercial and industrial service.

  • Wafer lug or grooved end connections
  • Press-to-connect ends selection
  • Broad range of sizes
  • Lug or wafer types
  • Ductile iron, cast iron, CPVC materials
  • Lead-free* selection
  • Fire protection selection
  • High performance selection

Strainers

Y-strainers are installed upstream to protect valves, regulators, and meters, etc. Y-strainers protect equipment by filtering solids in a pipeline.

  • Solid cap or tapped cap with blow-off plug for screen maintenance
  • Mesh or perforated screen available
  • Solder, threaded or press-to connect end connections

Pressure Independent Control Valve (PICV)

  • Allows, in a single device, hydraulic balancing of the circuit and adjustment of the flow rate to the terminals.
  • Circuit balancing is carried out using an automatic regulator capable of working with a pressure differential of up to 4 bar at the valve ports.
  • Possibility, during installation, of easily pre-adjusting the flow rate to between 10% and 100% of the nominal value using a graduated scale indicator.
  • Flow rate adjustment can take place using an actuator controlled by an external regulator, in accordance with the thermal load.
  • Extremely compact, suitable for installation even in small spaces.
  • Fitted for connection to pressure test gauges for checking the system operating parameters
